After a 2 week stay, we're heading back to Houston so David can take his flight. Two weeks is the longest we've stayed anywhere in the RV. It's funny that we still didn't get to many of the places I planned on seeing here. Instead, we spent time together, so that's better.
Over the last 2 weeks, John sold the tow dolly and installed a tow bar. Things should be much easier getting the car connected. We were surprised how fast we sold the tow dolly. We lost money on it, but by listing it for a good price on craigslist, it sold quickly.
I'm sure David will be happy to be able to sleep on a comfortable bed once he gets back. The couch is not the softest bed around. Our RV is really only designed for two and sometimes I think one person. We've all had to make major adjustments. David's been great in not complaining about it. Even with all that, I'll miss him when he goes back to college.
